NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program – Workshop 1: Leadership & Teamwork

What an incredible start to our Entry #3/2025 NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program! Founder, Senator Hon. Ronald C. Duncombe, alongside Senator Darron Pickstock, Chairman of BAIC, led a transformative and interactive session on Leadership & Teamwork held on Saturday 15th March, 2025.

Senator Pickstock challenged our young men to think beyond limitations, embrace teamwork, and develop the confidence to lead with purpose. Through engaging discussions, real-world insights, and hands-on activities, participants gained valuable lessons in responsibility, communication, and collaboration—essential skills for success in any field.
