The NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program proudly celebrates the success of its Open House event held on February 28, 2026, marking another significant milestone in youth development and leadership cultivation within The Bahamas.

Led by Senator Ronald C. Duncombe, Founder and Visionary of NexGen, alongside the distinguished NexGen Board of Directors, the organization officially welcomed the Entry #4 Cohort of 2026, consisting of twelve outstanding young men who have now begun their mentorship journey toward purposeful manhood.
The Open House brought together past mentees, proud parents, community partners, and valued sponsors in an atmosphere of inspiration, reflection, and celebration. Attendees witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of the NexGen program — one that emphasizes self-development, accountability, leadership, and confidence as young men transition into responsible adulthood.
A defining highlight of the event was the strong sense of brotherhood demonstrated among current and alumni mentees, supported by dedicated mentors who continue to provide guidance, wisdom, and encouragement throughout each participant’s journey. Parents and families were also given insight into the structured support system designed to nurture discipline, character, and long-term success.
The event reaffirmed NexGen’s unwavering belief that meaningful community partnerships play a vital role in shaping the next generation of leaders. Through mentorship, collaboration, and intentional investment in youth, NexGen continues to strengthen the foundation upon which the future of our nation is built.
As the newest cohort embarks on this transformative experience, the NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program remains committed to empowering young Bahamian men with the tools, values, and leadership principles necessary to thrive.
