NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program Launches Entry #3 on March 1st, 2025
The NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program is set to launch its third entry on March 1st, 2025, continuing its mission of empowering young men across the Bahamas. As an initiative founded by Senator Ronald C. Duncombe, NexGen provides mentorship, skill-building, and leadership development to young men between the ages of 14 and 18.
Entry #3 will bring together a new group of participants for an intensive nine-week program, designed to instill discipline, confidence, and a vision for success. Through hands-on workshops, real-world experiences, and mentorship from accomplished professionals, the program aims to shape the next generation of leaders.
Since its inception in 2023, NexGen has made a lasting impact by equipping young men with the tools they need to excel academically, professionally, and personally. With each entry, the program continues to evolve, offering even more resources and opportunities for participants.
