The NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program had the distinct honor of visiting the Senate to support our Founder, Senator Ronald C. Duncombe, during his contribution on the floor. This experience allowed our young men to witness leadership in action and recognize the importance of civic engagement, discipline, and nation-building.
We are proud to stand with Senator Duncombe as he continues to advocate for positive change in our communities and inspire the next generation of leaders. Opportunities like this remind us that the voices of young men matter — and that they too can aspire to make a difference at the highest levels of service. The visit served as a living classroom for the participants, reinforcing the values of respect, responsibility, and active citizenship that lie at the heart of the NexGen Young Men Mentorship Program. By engaging directly with the legislative process, the young men gained a deeper appreciation for the role of leadership in shaping the future of the Bahamas and were encouraged to envision themselves as future change-makers in their communities and beyond.
